If our merchandise is defective, or does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchanged only if returned within 14 days of the date of receipt and in accordance with the following requirements.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please write on the receipt the reason for your return. If you would rather make an exchange instead, please note which item you are requesting in exchange.

Return for Refund
If you return merchandise for a refund within 14 days of delivery, the refund will be processed and credited to the same account to which your purchase was originally billed. Please allow up to two billing cycles from the date on which your merchandise is received by us for your account to be credited. (shipping is a non-refundable charge).

Return for Exchange
If you return merchandise for exchange, you may make an exchange for the same item (if the original was defective), or for different item(s) of equal or lesser value available on this site.

For merchandise returned more than 14 days after the date of receipt, a Merchandise Credit will be issued for the amount originally paid. You will receive your credit via a numbered certificate delivered to you by mail and mailed to the original billing address. The Merchandise Credit will be issued in an amount equal to the value of the merchandise purchased, not including any cost of shipping (shipping is a non-refundable charge).
