Minimum Wholesale Orders

We do not currently have a minimum order. Many of our customers are small, independent stores and we feel that this policy helps to support small businesses.  (If you are ordering on Faire or Abound platforms, there may be a small minimum to meet their guidelines about the ratio of order total to shipping.)

Custom Orders

We are happy to produce custom orders with a minimum order of 50 pieces for toys and pillows and 250 pieces for ornaments.

Methods of Payment

Whether you order online or by phone, you can pay for your purchases with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. If you wish to pay by check, please call or email your order to us and we can email you an invoice to submit with your check. If you are a wholesale customer and are interested in requesting Net 30 credit terms, please call 970-544-4828.

Security

We are committed to protecting our customers' personal information. Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the check out process. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. We do not share your private information with anyone.

Backorders

There is no additional cost to ship backorders. There is only one shipping & handling charge per order and it is charged when your first shipment is sent. Backordered items are shipped as they become available via United States Postal Service. You will be notified via email if one or more items will be delayed beyond the date range specified on the product page. You will not be charged for any backordered items until they become available to ship out.

Shipping

Unless otherwise requested, packages are shipped via UPS or USPS.  Orders usually ship within 1 business day. Because our products are handmade by artisans from around the world, some pieces may not be immediately available. If you wish to use your own shipping account number, we are happy to do so for you.

Rush Delivery

You may choose to have your order expedited. Please call 970-544-4828 to arrange for rush delivery.

Return Policy

If our merchandise is defective, or does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, less the initial shipping cost. Sale items are not returnable. Please call us for a return authorization at 970-544-4828.
