Fulfillment & Inventory Associate
Position Details:
- Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday
- Mornings, but the exact time is flexible
- $20/hr
- This role is a seasonal position until March 2027
Position Purpose:
Our Fulfillment & Inventory Associate will play an important role in helping handcrafted products make their way from our artisans to customers and retailers across the country. This position supports the day-to-day flow of inventory, order fulfillment, and product preparation while ensuring every shipment meets our quality standards.
The Fulfillment & Inventory Associate is responsible for receiving and organizing inventory, preparing wholesale and online orders, packaging products with care, and maintaining an orderly workspace. Attention to detail is essential, as each item is carefully inspected to ensure accuracy and presentation standards are met.
Successful team members are dependable, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while also supporting the needs of the broader team. This role contributes directly to creating a positive experience for our customers and retail partners and helps uphold the quality and craftsmanship that define Melange Collection.
Responsibilities include:
- Pick, pack, and prepare wholesale and online retail orders for shipment
- Carefully inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy before shipping
- Receive, count, and organize incoming inventory
- Process returned merchandise, inspect products for quality and condition, and repackage items for inventory or resale as appropriate.
- Label, tag, and package products according to company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory audits
- Restock shelving and organize storage areas
- Stuff pillows and other product assembly
- Assist with seasonal projects and shipments
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient
- Communicate inventory shortages, product issues, or shipping concerns
- Support general operational needs
Qualifications:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Able to prioritize tasks and stay productive in a self-directed environment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 30–40 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday
- Appreciation for handmade products and small businesses is a plus

Onsite: Wheat Ridge, Colorado
Time requirement: Part time / 20 hours per week
